That’s not market share, that’s artwork!


I was on StatCounter looking through browser shares in different countries, when I saw the browser market shares for the small European country of Andorra. Obviously, the country’s small population must make it hard to track, because this was the data:

Now StatCounter, I find it hard to believe that Firefox could rocket from 12% of the browser market share to 58% in one day, and then return to its previous share the next. A sudden 46% increase is not possible. But when trying to find out the market shares in a country with the same population as a small city, we can’t really expect much.

But all logic aside, don’t the statistics kind of look like art? I think so.
